What is SCI Studio?

SCI Studio is a completely free game development system for Sierra’s SCI game engine. It allows you to create games like Sierra’s King’s Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest, Leisure Suit Larry and Quest for Glory.

Well, if you remember the Sierra type games like Kings Quest or Leisure Suit Larry, and you ever thought it would be cool to create a game like this, then the SCI Studio is for you. Everything in SCI Studio is build up of resource file, be they a script, picture, sound, animation, font, cursor or vocabulary file, they all make up a pieces of the game.

The main site contains a great tutorial on how to use the SCI Studio system, you can check out some screenshots here of the program in action. The program is completely Free, and the source is even included if you want to change it up to your liking.
